Bryan is a native to Denver and a real estate investor who specialized in water treatment and environmental science, later to find his true passion in the real estate industry. Although he still loves the environment, at the age of 23, he began his real estate journey by using Airbnb to rent out his condo short term, in order to cover the expensive mortgage while living in downtown Denver. In order to accomplish this, he would couch hop to his friend’s place, conveniently located in the same building, and stay on a pull-out couch during a reservation. When the HOA caught on to the short-term renting and began charging fines, he pivoted to renting out the condo long-term and moved in with his parents to save money for his next place.  

A few months later, he was able to use creative financing to purchase a 4 bed 2 bath townhome, in which he was able to use Airbnb to short-term rent each room individually. Later, he transitioned to rent by the room as short-term regulations changed in the area. In 2020 mid pandemic, he closed on a third property, a 5 bed 2 bath, and used the rent by the room strategy to live for free, knowing that when he moves out, he can cash flow over $1,000 dollars. In September of 2021, he closed on a 4th property, a 4 bed 2 bath, in which he will turn the single family into a duplex and Airbnb the top unit, officially putting him into the lean financial independence category. His goal as an agent is to help as many people as possible reach financial independence through real estate investing. 

Outside of real estate, Bryan enjoys the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. Hiking, snowboarding, camping and boating are just a few of the many activities Bryan enjoys on his free time.
