Sandy was born in Nepal and embarked on a new chapter of her life at the age of 17 when she moved to the United States, specifically to the bustling city of New York. With a passion for knowledge and a drive to excel, she pursued a degree in mechanical engineering during her college years.  

After completing her education, she found herself drawn to the field of energy conservation in buildings. As an energy engineer, she dedicated herself to implementing strategies that would promote energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings. Her work allowed her to make a meaningful impact in conserving energy within buildings.  

In 2022, she made the decision to relocate to Colorado, seeking new opportunities and a change of scenery. It was during this transition that her interest in real estate blossomed. Fascinated by the intricacies of the industry, she immersed herself in resources such as the BiggerPockets platform and actively participated in real estate meetups, connecting with like-minded professionals and expanding her knowledge. Motivated by her passion and the captivating nature of real estate, she made the decision to obtain her real estate license. Equipped with the necessary skills and expertise, she is now dedicated to assisting clients in their real estate endeavors.  

Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a zest for life and a love for exploration. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, and traveling, which allow her to connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of the world. She also enjoys trying new foods and immersing herself in different cultures, fostering a deep appreciation for diversity.
