Grant Keegan
Grant is a Colorado native, raised in Cañon City and attended college in Fort Collins, who discovered his passion for real estate investing and financial independence after moving to the Denver area in 2018. With 8 years of sales experience, from door-to-door to area management, Grant honed his skills of understanding client needs and delivering real solutions. While on the road for work he found BiggerPockets, devoured every resource he could, from Brandon Turner's The Book on Rental Property Investing to Craig Curelop's The House Hacking Strategy, and quickly realized house hacking was his path forward.
In 2021, Grant put the strategy into action with a 5-bedroom house hack in Aurora, converting the downstairs living room into his own space and renting out all five bedrooms to maximize cash flow. He’s now focused on stacking additional house hacks and buy-and-hold properties to build long-term wealth.
After passing his real estate exam in just four weeks, Grant joined The FI Team as a licensed agent, leveraging AI-powered tools and PLACE’s CRM to deliver faster, smarter service. He works with both seasoned investors and first-time buyers, breaking down complex strategies and showing people what’s possible when they think creatively about real estate.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, reading, and exploring new AI tools. He shares his home with Kenji, his rescue dog, and believes anyone can use real estate to build the life they want with the right education and strategy.
